Short description
This station is part of a project for the preservation of Sernancelhe’s natural heritage, called “Lamosa’s Natura Network Biointerpretation”. The Lamosa EBIO is a trail rich in butterflies due to its habitat’s mosaics. It crosses agricultural fields, bushes, forests and areas without vegetation due to the great number of granitic rocks. At about half the way the station goes by the river. In the end of the trail we can enjoy a small oak trees wood. The high biodiversity we observe here can be threatened by the expansion of the area of eucalyptus trees.
