Dornes Biodiversity Station begins in the village’s bridge, following the left bank of the watercourse and finishing in Lagar de São Guilherme. Short description In the first part of the trail we cross a woodland, with a mix of eucalyptus and species from our flora, such as olive trees, elderberries, laurustinus and strawberry trees. A big part of the trail follows a small stream, where we can find vegetation typical from riversides, like cottonwood trees, alders, willows, hazels, ash trees and several fern species. |
